DO YOU QUALIFY?
We do whatever we can to assist business in urgent need of finance. We always take into account a borrower’s unique circumstance and tailor a solution accordingly to best suit their needs. In order to be eligible for construction finance a business must meet the following criteria:
LVR of 65% of GRV (exc GST) OR 75% of Total Development Cost (the lesser of), and;
We generally require 100% debt coverage in Pre Sales, and;
Full Financials of the Developer.
